:FRAUD Process Document

DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT + PRINT DESIGN

This project was completed in continuation of the :Fraud Magazine. I developed a process document for creating solution-based content through educating society in regard to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and my specific topic question:

How might we combat imposter syndrome as intergenerational wealth begins to shift?

This process booklet showcases my detailed approach towards tackling a design problem. My process involves many multi-faceted steps. As an Information Designer, I place emphasis on following my design process in order to best approach dizzying problems, with the user at the centre of it all. To achieve successful working results, my iterated process goes as follows; empathize, define, brainstorm, sketch, prototype, and evaluate. Through the use of my process, large and complicated problems become more manageable.

I began first by empathizing with the problem and developing personas that accurately represent the audience being affected by this problem. Then, I research precedent ideas and companies that have achieved the same result and create a storyboard on how the user would use my product (I developed an app in this project). Concluding the project, high-fidelity prototypes were created using Adobe XD, and an overall evaluation is completed to ensure that the original problem has been addressed.
